Async coaching systems

Your competition is not other coaches anymore. It is ChatGPT.

Generic courses are dead. AI assistants are free. What people will still pay for is a real human they trust, with a real method, delivered in a way that fits their life. That is async coaching. That is what I build with you.

Why this exists

The market split in two. Async coaching is the way back to the middle.

For ten years the formula was simple. You wrote a book, you recorded a course, you sold it on autopilot. That market is gone. AI now writes the book, generates the course, and answers every question in your client's pocket for almost nothing.

So most coaches did the only thing left. They went high-ticket, 1:1, expensive. It works, until it does not.

The problem with pure 1:1

  • Calendar Tetris across time zones.
  • Income capped at the number of hours in your week.
  • No vacation without losing revenue.
  • Bad-fit clients still sit on your calendar for twelve weeks.
  • A price tag that excludes most of the people who would actually benefit from your work.
  • You burn out, or you stop growing.

What AI cannot copy

  • A name and a face people already trust.
  • Real judgement built from real cases.
  • Skin in the game. Your reputation moves with every client.
  • Taste. The thousand small choices about what to say, when, and to whom.
  • The relationship itself, which is often the medicine.

Async coaching is the third option. It uses AI as the delivery layer, not the brand. The brand stays you. The voice stays you. The judgement stays you. What you gain is reach, time, and clients who actually finish.

How it works

Three moving parts. One human experience.

01

The client checks in.

Before each session your client answers a few short questions, by text or by voice, in two minutes. We capture exactly what you would have asked in the first ten minutes of a live call, without the small talk and without booking a slot.

02

The system prepares a personalized session.

Audio in your voice. Video, if you want one. Text in your style. Exercises chosen for where they actually are. The AI does the heavy lifting, you validate. Most sessions are ready in minutes, not hours. If you want, you can drop in a personal note on top.

03

The client listens, applies, comes back.

They consume the session on their own schedule. Reminders keep them moving. To unlock the next session, they answer the next set of questions. The rhythm is what creates the result.

The whole loop runs without a calendar, without time zones, and without you being on at 9pm on a Tuesday.

Many clients prefer it this way. Less performance pressure. More honest reflection. They go deeper than they would on a video call.

What we build together

You stay the coach. I build the engine.

If you already coach 1:1

You speak the way you would naturally speak to a client. No script, no studio voice, no need to be perfect. The small imperfections are exactly what tells your client a real human is on the other side. We adapt your recordings into modular sessions that fit different client profiles, in the languages you choose.

If you would rather skip the microphone

Your voice can be cloned at very high quality from a small sample. From there the AI produces full sessions in your voice automatically. You stay the validator: you read the draft, you approve, it ships. No studio, no microphone, no afternoon blocked off for recording.

If you have a course, a book, or a body of work

We feed your existing material into the system. The AI proposes personalized session variants. We shape them with you into a journey that feels intimate instead of generic. Your old content gets a second life with a much higher completion rate.

In all three cases I take care of the structure, the AI logic, the form design, the message sequencing, the integrations, and the delivery. You bring the voice and the judgement.

Who this is for

You want more clients reached, more results delivered, less of you on Zoom.

This works well for:

  • 01 Coaches and therapists with a real method and a waitlist they cannot serve.
  • 02 Course creators tired of low completion and high refund rates.
  • 03 Authors and educators sitting on content that deserves a more alive format.
  • 04 Practitioners who want their work to keep delivering when they are not at their desk.

It's not for: pure information products, manipulative funnels, or anyone whose plan is to sell faster rather than help deeper.

Case study, MyInnerCenter

A fully async inner healing program.

~100% completion across the program

I built MyInnerCenter with a small team of therapists. Every session is delivered async. Clients answer a short intake, receive a personalized audio meditation in the therapist's voice, work through it on their own time, and unlock the next session by responding.

Most of the content is human created. The AI handles personalization. For every new client, the therapist's role is to validate the AI's suggestions, which is fast and keeps the human signal strong.

The result is rare in this space. Deep emotional work, the kind people usually drop out of, gets finished. Nearly 100% of clients complete the program and report meaningful change in their life.

This is the same engine I help other coaches and creators build.

Why it works

Personalization beats live time.

  • Clients feel met.

Each session is about them, not about the average viewer.

  • Pressure drops.

People reflect more honestly when they are not live or on camera.

  • Friction drops.

No rescheduling, no time zones, no awkward small talk.

  • Quality stays high.

You build your method once, validate the variants, and the system does the rest.

  • The work compounds.

Every piece of content you create or approve makes future personalization sharper.

You decide what stays human and what gets automated. I help you draw that line in the right place.

About me

Building online things since 1999. This is just the next one.

I built my first website in 1999, when most coaches were still printing flyers. I have made a living from online businesses since 2009, when I founded MosaLingua, a language learning company I later sold. I shipped one of the first mobile language apps in 2010, before "there's an app for that" was a slogan. I started using AI in my work before ChatGPT made it mainstream.

Async coaching feels like the same kind of shift. The technology is ready, the market has not caught up yet, and the people who move first will define the standard. I keep building these things because the craft is what I love. After 25 years of it, I still open my laptop in the morning happy.

If we work together, you get someone who has watched this industry change five times and was early to each turn.

How we work together

A short, focused build. Then it runs.

A typical engagement starts with a short scoping conversation, async by default. From there:

Week 1 to 2.

We map your method into modular sessions and define the intake logic.

Week 3 to 5.

We record or clone, build, and test the first end to end client journey.

Week 6 onward.

We refine, expand, and let it run.

After launch most of my clients only need a light monthly check in. The system is yours, the content is yours, the voice is yours.

I take on a small number of projects at a time on purpose, and I am selective about who I build with. If we are aligned, we will both know quickly.

Who I love building with

I work best with people who care about their craft.

The projects I want in my life involve mental health, personal growth, ecological transition, conscious entrepreneurship, and education that actually changes someone. If your work helps people grow up, settle down, or wake up, we are probably aligned.

Talk to me, async

No calendar. Reach out the way that feels easiest.

The fastest way is the VideoAsk link below. You can answer by video, by voice note, or by typing, whatever fits your day. Two minutes is enough. I watch or read every one personally and reply async, the same way I work with clients.

If you are already on LinkedIn, a direct message there works just as well.

FAQ

Questions, honestly answered.

Is this software, a service, or both? +

Both. There is a system underneath, and there is me building it with you. I do not sell access to a tool. I build the engine inside your business.

My clients pay for me. Why would they accept AI? +

They are not paying for AI. They are paying for you, your method, and the result. The AI is invisible, the same way the printing press is invisible when you read a great book. Your voice, your judgement, and your brand stay in the foreground. The machine just makes sure each client gets the version of you that fits them.

Do I need to be technical? +

No. You bring your method and your voice. I handle the stack, the AI, the integrations, and the delivery.

Can this fully replace live coaching? +

For many practitioners, yes. Others blend it with live sessions, or use it as the onboarding and between session layer. Both work. We design the mix that fits your practice.

Will my clients feel it is "AI generated"? +

Not if it is built well. The voice is yours, the structure is yours, the personalization comes from real signals the client gives. Clients consistently say it feels more personal than the live group calls they came from.

Do I keep ownership of the content and the system? +

Yes. The recordings, the writing, the prompts, the data, all yours.

How do we get started? +

Use the VideoAsk link in section 11, or message me on LinkedIn. Tell me what you are building. If we are a fit, I will reply with a few next steps.
